We bake and deliver during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 5 PM – 9 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM – 9 PM

🛍️ Do you offer pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order at our Store Location in Hamilton.
🚚 Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We currently offer same-day delivery to:
- Hamilton
- Burlington
- Guelph
- Milton
- Oakville
Make sure to order before our daily cut-off time (typically 12 PM) for same-day delivery.
🍪 What ingredients do you use?
Our cookies are made with real, premium ingredients like:
- Canadian butter
- Pure vanilla
- Premium chocolate
- No mixes, no preservatives, and no shortcuts.
⚠️ Are your cookies nut-free or allergen-safe?
We bake in a facility that handles:

We do our best to minimize cross-contact, but cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
📦 How long do the cookies stay fresh?
- Best enjoyed within 3–5 days at room temperature.
- Store in an airtight container for ultimate freshness.
- Cookies can also be frozen for up to 2 months!
🔥 How do I reheat them?
- Microwave: 8–10 seconds for that warm, gooey center
- Oven: 2–3 minutes at 300°F for that fresh-baked feel
